Return Conditions:

- Original packaging is retained.
- For defective or damaged items, please contact us with photos.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This is usually the fastest way to get the product you want.
How to Return:

- We will provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
