Welcome to burrowdeal.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website. By accessing or using burrowdeal.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities
   You do not need to create an account to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree to provide accurate, current information. You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent your identity.
2. Product Information and Pricing
   We describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and dimensions may appear slightly different depending on your device. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the final price. We do not add hidden charges at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
3. Payment Terms
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through SSL encryption. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All payments are settled in U.S. dollars.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   We ship to the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days begin processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Shipping takes 3–5 business days as estimated by the carrier. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days. Shipping is free with no minimum order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak seasons, or other events may cause delays. We will provide a tracking number once your order ships.
5. Returns and Refunds
   Our Return & Refund Policy explains the details. In short: you may return unused items in original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returns are free. We do not charge restocking or reset fees. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return. The refund may take 7–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
6. Intellectual Property
   All content on burrowdeal.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Burrowdeal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
   Our site and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burrowdeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
9. Changes to These Terms
   We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
